Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for a hybrid role in Manila (Eton Centris area). The position operates on a night shift with 2 work-from-home days and 3 in-office days, reporting to IT Operations.

Knowledge of Azure Monitor, App Insights, ServiceNow ITOM, Grafana and related observability tools is essential. You will design standards and automation to elevate monitoring and reliability across platforms, partner with product teams on SLO/SLI‑driven operations, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
3+ years in monitoring/observability/SRE with Azure Monitor and ServiceNow Event Management.
Strong knowledge in Azure Log Analytics and telemetry.
Experience collaborating with IT Ops, platform, cyber, network, and product teams.
5+ years in SRE with deep understanding of monitoring and APM.

Responsibilities

Design standards, patterns, and automation for elevated monitoring and reliability.
Partner with product teams to implement SLO/SLI‑driven operations and reduce alert noise.
Engineer enterprise monitoring and event patterns with reference architectures and runbooks.
Contribute to the Monitoring Strategy and governance checkpoints.
Communicate effectively to drive continuous improvement and embed postmortem learnings.
