Job summary

Neato is seeking a Project Management Systems Support Specialist to keep monday.com healthy. This part-time role focuses on bug fixes, maintenance, and build support, ensuring the operational backbone of the business remains robust across teams.

You will triage issues, fix automations, adjust boards, and document changes. Working remotely for 20 hours weekly, you’ll coordinate with the PM Systems Specialist on new workflows and templates.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs fast by triaging and resolving monday.com issues
• Repair broken automations and stalled workflows
• Adjust boards on request: update columns, statuses, views
• Communicate directly with the issue submitter in clear terms
• Keep the system tidy by flagging stale boards and unused automations
• Document fixes, root causes, and resolutions for team knowledge
• Support the build roadmap with new workflows and templates
• Prototype and test automation in a sandbox environment
