Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Module Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning modules across onboarding, leadership development, product training, and digital learning pathways. You will oversee the Digital Learning Team and ensure content aligns with Operations, Compliance, and Bank partners while maintaining governance standards.

The role requires advanced expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end module management, including impact assessments

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Insurance training, module development, instructional design, or digital learning coordination.
• Experience with learning systems, digital platforms, and content creation tools.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, enhancement, and maintenance of all Resourcing, Development, and Engagement modules.
• Translate complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content while adhering to branding and standards.
• Provide expert guidance to convert static modules into digital formats (videos, e-learning, simulations).
• Establish a Module Quality Framework and conduct periodic audits for compliance.
