Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Insurance training, Instructional design or Digital learning production.
• Expertise in authoring tools such as Adobe Articulate, Storyline and Rise to assemble contents into modules.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.), Canva, Vimeo.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End E-Learning Content Development: design and develop e-learning content from requirements into interactive learning flows.
• Multimedia Production: create video tutorials, simulations, e-books, infographics, and game-based courses.
• Project Management: adhere to timelines and present innovative learning media.
• Content Innovation and Engagement: create engaging digital learning environments and monitor content utilization.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with SMEs, Compliance, and Business Leads for validation and standards.
• Cross-Project Support: align with colleagues to ensure smooth handoff.
