Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to support Modern Workplace projects in Metro Manila. You will implement and test Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint solutions while ensuring high-quality customer service and smooth deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in IT infrastructure with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects based on schedules defined by the Team Leader or Project Manager.
• Execute Modern Workspace infrastructure solutions, including installation, configuration, and testing of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies based on customer requirements.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Modern Workplace environments.
• Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers: Resolve technical issues related to Modern Workplace solutions; Provide technical guidance and support to end users; Collaborate with team members to support successful solution implementation; Create and maintain technical documentation related to implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Explore and continuously learn both new and existing technologies to improve solution quality and effectiveness.
