Job summary

AvePoint is hiring a Modern Work Engineer to enhance collaboration and meeting solutions on Microsoft 365. You will work directly with clients, ensuring successful delivery of Teams, SharePoint, and more, driving adoption and optimizing user experiences.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Microsoft products and experience in user enablement. This is a full-time position based in Makati, Philippines, offering a hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Basic understanding of Teams Voice or telephony concepts.
• Experience with collaboration, file sharing, and user enablement.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft Teams for chat, collaboration, and meetings.
• Design and configure Teams Phone (Voice) solutions.
• Drive adoption of Teams as a central hub for collaboration.
• Execute deployments across Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Implement governance frameworks across Teams and collaboration workloads.
