Job summary

Gratitude Philippines seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect & Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions. The role focuses on digital knowledge management, collaboration, content governance, metadata management, enterprise search, and process automation within a large-scale organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem development.
3+ years focused on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 backend integrations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 & SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and custom web parts.
Build workflows and integrations across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Gather requirements, produce solution architecture and technical specifications.
Develop governance controls, automation workflows, and secure provisioning solutions.
Test, document, support UAT, and deliver training and knowledge transfer.
Assist with migration and modernization initiatives.
