Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly experienced Lead Microsoft 365 Architect & Developer to drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure Microsoft 365 solutions. You will lead SharePoint Online initiatives, taxonomy frameworks, and automation to improve collaboration and knowledge management in a hybrid Manila setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem development with emphasis on SharePoint/M365 integrations.
• Expertise in SPFx, Graph API, and PowerShell scripting.
• Proven API integration, taxonomy management, and governance tooling experience.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and custom web parts using SPFx.
• Architect and implement integrations with taxonomy systems and Microsoft 365 services using APIs and automation tools.
• Configure governance and provisioning frameworks to ensure compliance, scalability, and standardization.
• Build workflows and automation to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Lead solution design discussions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and resolve defects to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and provide training to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions
