Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mobilization Specialist to support the Return to Office program in Taguig. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop response materials, assist with cost estimation, and ensure timely, high-quality transitions for client projects.

This role emphasizes leadership of workstreams, design and implementation of transition components, and adherence to standard mobilization methodologies to deliver value at speed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years project management experience (BPO experience only).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Transition/Workstream leads to create response materials for Deal Shape teams.
• Assist in estimating costs and developing detailed work plans for workstreams.
• Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Use analytical skills to evaluate concepts and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead individual workstreams or portions of a larger Service Transition program.
• Define, build, and implement components within Service Transition programs.
• Apply standard Mobilization methods, tools and best practices across activities.
• Provide cost–benefit analyses to support decision making.
• Manage internal and external client relationships within your workstream.
• Lead design and build of workstream components within the Solution Blueprint.
• Mentor and provide feedback to the support team; perform peer reviews.
• Share knowledge to enhance Mobilization capabilities and organizational learning.
• Adhere to organizational policies, structures and processes.
• Take on non-transition tasks as needed to support the business.
