Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Mobilization Senior Analyst to drive service transition programs, leading or supporting multiple workstreams with a focus on timely, high-quality deliverables and alignment with the overall solution blueprint.

The role blends analytics, project management, and collaborative problem solving to enable seamless transitions, in a hybrid work setup at Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience (BPO experience only).
• Transition experience, exposure to F&A (RTR, PTP), Insurance, HR, or People Transfer as good/nice to have only.
• Individual Contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within a Service Transition program, ensuring all deliverables align with timelines, quality standards, and overall program objectives.
• Oversee the design and build of workstream components or sub-components, ensuring compliance with the overall Solution Blueprint.
• Define, build, and implement efficient and scalable components for Service Transition programs, leveraging standard solution components to maximize consistency and efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders within your workstream, managing expectations and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Mentor the support team, provide direction and constructive feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of service transition activities.
• Assist Transition/Workstream Leads, Service Delivery Leads, and other functional teams in preparing high-quality response materials for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
• Support the Transition Program Manager in creating cost estimates and detailed work plans for assigned workstreams.
• Contribute to Due Diligence and Service Transition activities by analyzing processes, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights.
• Apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate concepts, solutions, and alternatives, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Overall Purpose: As a Mobilization Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of service transition programs by either leading or supporting various workstreams. This position involves a blend of analytical expertise, project management, and collaborative problem solving to ensure seamless.

Other Tasks

Team members may occasionally be asked to perform non-transition-related roles or tasks as needed to support business and organizational requirements. The expected outcomes from these temporary assignments will be discussed by your designated lead as they arise to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.

• Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to the Knowledge Exchange, sharing best practices and insights to enhance the organization’s Mobilization capabilities.
• Organizational Structure and Processes Adherence: Adhere to and ensure compliance with organizational policies, structures, and processes.
