Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mobilization Senior Manager to lead the design, management, and implementation of Service Transition programs that ensure seamless outsourcing and delivery solutions. The role requires close collaboration with Client and Service Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Workstream Leads, with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes.

The position supports a hybrid work setup in Taguig, Philippines, and demands substantial leadership and PMO experience.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years industry experience.
• At least 8 years leadership experience.
• At least 8 years PMO experience.
• Open to any industry.
• Nice to have: Transition experience, exposure to Financial Services, Insurance, HR, Change Management, AI Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality response materials with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams.
• Provide accurate cost estimations and develop comprehensive work plans for workstreams.
• Oversee mobilization architecture, resource transitions and onboarding.
• Participate in due diligence and service transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess concepts and options and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead Transition program workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Define, build, and implement components of Service Transition programs leveraging existing standard solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices across all phases.
• Define and assess detailed costs and benefits of specific solutions and workstreams.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the detailed design of at least one workstream component or sub-component.
• Provide peer reviews to ensure quality of service transition activities.
