You’ll support store operations and administration including merchandising, inventory checks, stock reconciliation, returns processing, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth daily procedures and loss-prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are properly labeled
• Assist in receiving, checking, and stocking deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages
• Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures
• Support opening and closing store procedures (cash count, securing merchandise, etc.)
• Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation
• Document returns, exchanges, and damaged goods properly
• Coordinate with supervisors or managers regarding operational concerns
