Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness.

• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and manage returns or exchanges properly.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability of cash sales and daily reports.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish items as needed.
• Support inventory checks and stock management activities.
• Follow merchandising standards and store display guidelines.
• Coordinate with fellow team members to meet store targets.
• Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
