Job summary

AUDIO REFINERY INC. is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to oversee the execution of merchandising strategies across assigned retail accounts in Metro Manila.

You will lead the merchandising team, monitor field execution, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain brand standards and optimize in-store visibility. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and travel willingness to visit multiple stores regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years of supervisory/merchandising experience in retail or field supervision.
• Experience leading a merchandising team is preferred.
• Experience with consumer electronics, appliances, audio/video products is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple stores, priorities, and deadlines.
• Willing to travel frequently for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate Merchandisers within the territory.
• Ensure product placement, shelf organization, and planogram compliance across stores.
• Conduct store visits and field audits to monitor standards.
• Develop schedules, territory assignments, and route plans.
• Maintain merchandising materials and promotional assets at stores.
• Train staff on company standards and product knowledge.
• Address field concerns and customer feedback promptly.
