• Ensure customer needs are met and provide service excellence.
• Achieve monthly sales quota and monitor performance of sales promoters.
• Create and distribute employee schedules and enforce adherence.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely supply of items.
• Monitor stock availability across stores and prevent stockouts.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
