Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Home Asset & Inventory Specialist to manage vacant manufactured homes across a multi-site portfolio. You will own the full lifecycle from possession to market-ready, coordinate title, inventory data, and vendor handoffs, and drive efficient rehab and make-ready workflows.

You will rely on Rent Manager for data accuracy, pricing, and reporting, collaborating with Operations, Revenue, and legal teams to optimize disposition and marketing readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in U.S. property management, manufactured housing, asset management, rehab management, or related field.
• Strong experience with Rent Manager and inventory tracking.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365; capable of data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English; detail-oriented and accountable.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, legal/title, and revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Own vacant homes through lifecycle from possession to market-ready status.
• Coordinate title, ownership, and documentation workflows; ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Maintain accurate Rent Manager data including inventory, pricing, and status.
• Lead make-ready and rehab projects with internal and external resources.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, bids, and vendor performance.
• Support asset triage decisions and leadership with data-driven insights.
• Ensure market-ready verification and revenue handoff to Leasing/Sales.
