Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor inventory accuracy, analyze variances, and prepare reports using SAP/WMS and Excel. You will coordinate with various teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

The role includes daily review of VisMin depot inventories, timely resolution of issues, and conducting physical inventory counts to manage stock aging and movements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business.
• Proficient in MS Office application.
• Able to communicate in all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and analyze/reconcile variances.
• Prepare inventory reports using SAP/WMS and Excel.
• Co-ordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Daily review and analysis of VisMin depot inventories.
• Timely resolution of inventory and operational concerns.
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Monitor and disposition of non-conforming inventories.
