Job summary

VENTURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INT'L CORP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service baggage handling systems, conveyor networks, HVAC units, and related electrical and mechanical equipment at aviation and industrial sites.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults in motors, VFDs, sensors, and belts; performing preventive maintenance; and coordinating with operations to minimize downtime in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of baggage handling systems (BHS), conveyor systems, air conditioning units, and related electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve faults involving electric motors, VFDs, conveyor belts, rollers, sensors, and HVAC components to ensure continuous operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities and carry out equipment adjustments, replacements, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable system operation.

Qualification:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in either baggage handling system (BHS) maintenance or air conditioning repair and maintenance
• Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing conveyor systems, electric motors, VFDs, rollers, sensors, and other electrical and mechanical equipment
• Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in fuel stations or commercial environments.
• Preferably from airport, manufacturing, mining, warehousing, power plant, HVAC, or similar industrial environments
• Non-smoker, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment
