Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Multi-Skilled Technician in the Philippines to perform a wide range of maintenance across building systems, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to service requests, inspect infrastructure, and support fit-outs while coordinating with vendors and adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services.
• Valid TESDA NC II Certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with CMMS is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities
