Synopsis of Role
Enderun Colleges is looking for a service-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Operations Technician to help keep our technology running smoothly across campus.
In this role, you'll provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students while maintaining the systems, networks, and technology that power teaching, learning, and daily operations. From troubleshooting user issues and supporting classroom technology to maintaining network infrastructure and implementing new digital solutions, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional technology experience.

Essential Functions
Technical Support & Helpdesk
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for faculty, staff, and students.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, account access, and application issues.
- Support classroom technology, audiovisual equipment, meetings, and campus events.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets within established service levels and document resolutions.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and institutional systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, antivirus management, and backup procedures.
- Assist with basic network infrastructure, device installation, and system recovery activities.
- Support the administration of PABX/VoIP telephone systems.
Academic Technology & Systems
- Support institutional platforms including EduSuite, LMS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other academic applications.
- Assist with system integration, user account management, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate system data and generate operational reports as needed.
Training & User Enablement
- Conduct system orientations and training sessions for faculty, staff, and students.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base documentation.
- Promote technology best practices and encourage effective use of institutional systems.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Recommend improvements to technology services and workflows.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve service delivery and user experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk services, MIS operations, or systems administration are preferred.
- Experience in an educational institution or customer-focused environment is an advantage.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are a plus.
- Supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), EduSuite, or other student information systems.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Network troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
- VoIP or PABX administration.
- Classroom technology and audiovisual equipment support.
- Basic cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
