Job summary

Trends Group in Makati, Philippines seeks a skilled IT professional to manage network and security administration, monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and implement controls in line with SLA, BCP and policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in system, network, or security administration, with relevant ITSM, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity training or certifications.

• At least 3 years of experience in system, network, or security administration.
• Training or certifications in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Perform network and security administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, service restoration, and implementation of security controls while ensuring SLA, BCP, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, configuration records, asset information, and operational reports, including RCA preparation, CAB support, and MOP creation.
• Support continuous improvement through knowledge management, process compliance, teamwork, client coordination, and completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
