Job summary

Trends Group in Manila is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide post-sales technical support and manage network infrastructure within SLA. You will document incidents, designs, and work with clients and internal teams.

Candidate should have 1–2 years in network or IT roles, with a bachelor’s in IT and willingness to develop expertise through training and certifications. This role emphasizes service excellence, security compliance, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in network or IT-related field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES

• Provide post-sales technical support, manage network and security infrastructure, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., MOPs, incident reports, network designs), participate in client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and managed assets while following IT service management processes, security procedures, and escalation protocols.
• Continuously develop technical expertise through training and certifications, share knowledge with the team, and contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Must be a graduate of any IT related bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• Have at least a year or 2 of working experience with Network or any technical/IT related field.
