PURPOSE

Support and improve operations by implementing new services and maintaining network and security systems. Responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and managing network infrastructure and security controls to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and data protection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform network and security administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, service restoration, and implementation of security controls while ensuring SLA, BCP, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, configuration records, asset information, and operational reports, including RCA preparation, CAB support, and MOP creation.
• Support continuous improvement through knowledge management, process compliance, teamwork, client coordination, and completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Experience/Training

Education

• At least 3 years of experience in system, network, or security administration.
• Relevant training or certifications in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
