Job description

  • Lead the company's overall MIS / IT strategy, enterprise systems, and digital‑transformation roadmap.
  • Oversee ERP, HRIS, payroll and business applications, networks, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure data integrity, accurate management reporting, and timely business intelligence.
  • Manage IT security, data privacy, backups, and disaster‑recovery / business‑continuity.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and vendor / service‑provider management.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing, values‑driven MIS / IT team.
  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; master's an advantage.
  • 10+ years of IT / MIS experience, with 5+ years as MIS Head, IT Manager, or senior systems leader.
  • Strong ERP and enterprise‑systems background (implementation and management); manufacturing an advantage.
  • Expertise in systems architecture, data management, IT security, and business intelligence / reporting.
  • Proven leadership, project‑management, and cross‑functional stakeholder skills.
  • High integrity and strong alignment with a people‑centered, values‑driven culture.
