BUM Equipment, Inc. is seeking an experienced ICT lead to drive multi-site technical support, ensuring system uptime across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and corporate offices.
You will oversee MIS staff, manage escalations, and enforce IT security standards while collaborating with software vendors to test patches before live deployment.
Drives multi-site ICT technical support, network infrastructure availability, and cross-functional data verification across retail outlets, logistics warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and corporate offices. Serves as the primary operational leader for system uptime and bug resolution, with functional accountability to ExeCom for strategic alignment and audit controls, and to ManCom for daily operational reporting, data analytics, and workflow support across all business units.
Lead, guide, and evaluate technical support staff and MIS specialists covering multi-site and multi-shift retail and operational schedules
Establish helpdesk ticket escalation procedures, prioritize critical operational outages (e.g., store POS offline, warehouse dispatch stalled, payroll processing issues), and enforce SLA targets
Formulate and enforce standard operating procedures for IT asset tracking, access permissions, data entry validation, and IT security standards
Systematically isolate, document, and troubleshoot system bugs, inventory posting glitches, and pricing errors across POS, ERP, Accounting, Payroll, and Records Management Systems (RMS)
Partner with software developers and third‑party vendors to log bugs, test software patches, and verify resolutions prior to live deployment
Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance for retail POS terminals, thermal receipt printers, industrial barcode/RFID scanners, label tag printers, and biometric time‑attendance devices
Write custom MS SQL (T‑SQL) queries, joins, and scripts to extract, audit, and analyze raw relational data across ERP, POS, and accounting backend databases
Counter‑check and reconcile system transaction records against Physical Count (P‑Count) audits, factory production yields, warehouse shipment logs, store pull‑outs (RTV), and financial ledger entries
Generate actionable management dashboards and variance reports covering store sales performance, inventory turnover, shrinkage trends, factory yield accuracy, and payroll cost breakdowns for executive leadership and department managers
Configure and maintain routers, switches, enterprise Wi‑Fi, and firewalls to ensure real‑time database synchronization across branch stores, logistics hubs, and manufacturing plants
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
3–5 years of ICT technical support and MIS experience spanning retail, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
At least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
Experience with Enterprise ERP, Retail POS, Accounting & Payroll platforms, Records Management Systems (RMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL / T‑SQL)
Advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, XLOOKUP, dynamic Pivot Tables, logical modeling)
Experience with Routers/LAN/WAN, PABX systems, and Cloud Storage environments
