Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in MIS/BI or data analytics preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of improving team performance.
• Proficient in data visualization and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MIS team operations, guiding analysts in data collection, reporting accuracy, and automation.
• Ensure reliability of enterprise reporting and analytics for key stakeholders.
• Balance people leadership with governance, aligning deliverables with SLAs and data policies.
• Provide strategic insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Mentor analysts, develop staff, and promote continuous improvement in processes.
• Present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
