Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an MIS Supervisor to lead a team of MIS analysts in data collection, reporting accuracy, and automation. The role balances leadership with governance to ensure outputs meet SLAs and data standards, delivering strategic insights for data-driven decisions.

You will supervise analysts, guide performance metrics analysis, and present findings to stakeholders, driving improvements across operations.

Qualifications

Background in workforce capacity planning and forecasting.
Experience with workforce metrics such as call volumes, AHT, adherence.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to train junior staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day MIS team operations and guide analysts in data collection and reporting accuracy.
Develop and implement analytical methodologies, and provide insights for management decisions.
Manage internal/external data sources for business analysis.
Lead and coach MIS staff in day-to-day activities.
Ensure milestones and budgets are met and align with SLAs.
Deep-dive analyses of performance and drvie actionable recommendations.
Present analysis results to stakeholders and clients.
