Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst to deliver high-quality reporting with a focus on accuracy and insights. You will develop dashboards and scorecards, ensuring data integrity while collaborating with Workforce, Site, and Sales leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

You’ll automate reports, lead UAT, and maintain cross-functional KPI dashboards, using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to transform data into actionable insights that support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing large data sets and creating reports.
• Ability to automate reports and build dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools; comfortable with data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
• Modify and update scorecards, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Work with leaders to create or modify reports.
• Analyze data to support business decisions and metrics.
• Lead UAT, troubleshooting, and implementation of reports.
• Automate reports using macros and data processes.
