Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive onboarding, product adoption, and retention for IMDEX software platforms onsite with shifting schedules. You will engage customers, conduct onboarding sessions, monitor usage, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure value delivery, while supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly customer engagement review and identify disengaged users.
• Monitor usage and reach out to improve adoption.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training.
• Familiarize customers with IMDEX platforms, features, docs, and support resources.
• Collaborate with geotechnical specialists during onboarding when needed.
• Conduct regular customer catch-ups to monitor adoption and satisfaction.
• Explain value and functionality of IMDEX software solutions.
• Maintain target product adoption, especially for IMDEHUB-IQ.
• Track and report customer success metrics like retention and usage.
• Proactively identify risks or disengagement and take action to mitigate them.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and refer leads to Sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and advocate for customers.
