Confidential is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple beauty counters and consignment locations across a defined region. The role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and leading frontline teams to deliver high-quality service.

You will manage performance, ensure ROS compliance, coordinate inventory and displays, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in retail or beauty/cosmetics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and meet sales targets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive area-wide sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Monitor performance and coach Team Leaders and Beauty Advisors.
• Ensure smooth store operations including inventory, replenishment, display, and ROS compliance.
• Lead and mentor frontline staff and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate budget resources and planogram adherence.
• Travel within assigned areas as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports on time.
