Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Metro Manila is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee beauty counters and consignment locations across a designated region. You will lead frontline staff, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across partner stores.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, inventory control, ROS compliance, and collaboration with store managers and internal teams. Travel within the area is expected to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred).
• Proven managerial/supervisory experience in retail/beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive results and meet sales targets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive area-wide sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching and support to Team Leaders and Regional Supervisors.
• Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory control and planogram adherence.
• Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, Beauty Advisors, Merchandisers, and frontline staff.
• Inspire, mentor, and support team development and performance improvement initiatives.
