The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to travel within the territory. You will partner with store managers and field teams to ensure ROS compliance and consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience in retail or beauty sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and meet sales targets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive area-wide sales growth through effective sales strategies.
• Oversee store operations, inventory control, and planogram adherence.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Beauty Advisors.
• Ensure ROS compliance and timely reporting.
