Job summary

Wonderfoods, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Odoo Developer to design, implement, and continuously improve Odoo as the core ERP platform.

You will work with our ERP Lead across the full lifecycle—from analysis and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You will customize modules, configure inter-application integrations, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining code quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience preferred.
• Experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL.
• Familiarity with XML, QWeb, JavaScript, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Comfortable working with Git/version control and Linux environments.
• Understanding of ERP workflows and relational databases.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

As we continue to grow, Wonderfoods is undergoing a major digital transformation—modernizing our systems, automating business processes, and building a more integrated, data-driven organization.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Odoo Developer who wants to play a key role in building and shaping our next-generation ERP environment.

Role Description

This is not simply an Odoo maintenance role. You will work closely with our Business Process & ERP Lead to design, implement, customize, and continuously improve Odoo as the company's central ERP platform.
