Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of lending.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to safeguard credit quality.
• Coordinate with other bank units for processing and servicing loans.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure policy compliance.
