Job summary

Kopiko Philippines Corporation in Canlubang, Laguna seeks a Microbiology Laboratory Specialist to perform microbiological examinations of incoming RM, WIP, FG, and swab tests for machine cleaning, hygiene, and air control. You will create reports on analyses and deviations, and support quality control policy development.

The role requires handling sample testing per procedures, implementing verification activities, and delivering end-of-shift reports while collaborating with the team to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or equivalent.
• Preferably registered microbiologist or chemist.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Microbiology laboratory or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological examinations of incoming RM sample, WIP, FG, swab test the result of machine cleaning, personal, and air control according to the procedure.
• Create the report of RM, WIP, and FG microbiology analysis result, swab test, and report the deviation to superior.
• Check and test the sample of incoming raw material for each parameter according to the procedure.
• Implements and develops necessary verification activities in micro sampling to verify the effectiveness of sanitation activities.
• Accomplish shift report at every end of shift.
• Collaborate with the team in design, development and implementation of quality control policy and programs.
• Participate and contribute with the team to continuously improve various activities.

About the role
