Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, analysis, and evaluation of samples according to approved methods and quality standards.
• Prepare samples, reagents, standards, and materials required for testing.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment for reliable results.
• Record, analyze, validate, and interpret test data and findings.
• Prepare and submit accurate laboratory reports and certificates of analysis within timelines.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor quality control and participate in proficiency testing and method validation.
• Investigate non-conforming results, deviations, and incidents.
• Maintain documentation, records, and sample traceability per regulatory and company requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or any related scientific field

• Preferably a Registered Microbiologist or holder of other relevant professional certifications

• Must possess a valid certification, training certificate, or demonstrated competency in Microbiology from the Philippine Academy of Microbiology (PAM)

• At least 1 year of laboratory experience in analytical testing, quality control, research, environmental testing, food testing, or related laboratory operations

• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, testing procedures, and analytical instruments

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform laboratory testing, analysis, and evaluation of samples in accordance with approved methods, procedures, and quality standards
