UNICEF Philippines seeks a WASH Technical Consultant for Menstrual Hygiene Management to lead high‑quality execution of the WASH‑MHM program and drive the Oky Menstrual Period Tracking App rollout in the Philippines. You will provide technical support, marketing input, and system strengthening to reach adolescents effectively and sustain impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a central role implementing digital applications for MHM, CSE, or ARH.
• At least 5 years in coordination, project management, communication, marketing and outreach.
• Experience with government agencies or civil society organizations is advantageous.
• Strong English writing and communication skills; ability to engage with youth.

Responsabilités

• Promote Menstrual Hygiene Management and institutionalize the Oky app in the Philippines.
• Provide technical assistance for Oky Philippines and other WASH-MHM tasks.
• Deliver marketing and user acquisition support to broaden adolescent reach.
• Coordinate with CSO and government partners to ensure effective delivery and adoption.
