The consultancy is home-based with occasional on-site needs, reporting to the Country Programme Coordinator, and may involve travel according to UN Women

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical reviews and provide evidence-based recommendations for gender mainstreaming in national policy processes, including climate adaptation.
• Develop and adapt gender-responsive toolkits, monitoring frameworks, and capacity-building materials for institutional uptake.
• Provide analytical advisory support across programmes and conduct targeted capacity-building interventions.
• Support in drafting CGEP, and contribute to policy reviews on anticipatory action and humanitarian planning.
