Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or related field.
• At least 3 years in digital applications in MHM, CSE or ARH.
• At least 5 years in coordination, project management, communications; experience with digital development is an asset.
• Experience with government agencies and civil society organizations, especially youth groups, including BARMM, is an asset.
• Fluency in English; Tagalog or other Philippine languages is an asset.
• Desirable: experience with UN agencies in similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the WASH Officer, the WASH Technical Consultant for Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) is accountable for the timely and quality implementation of the WASH-MHM program, including promoting MHM and the Oky Menstrual Period Tracking App in the Philippines.
• Provide technical assistance to CSO and government partners to support Oky Philippines and WASH‑MHM tasks/activities.
• Marketing, user acquisition, and systems strengthening activities to reach more adolescents across the country.
