Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education management, development studies/management, economics, organizational development or related social sciences.
• At least 10 years of experience delivering policy and program reviews, operations research and strategic planning.
• Experience with the Department of Education or similar education policy work is an asset.
• Strong documentation and English writing; excellent communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a national review of the DepED WinS program and TSA.
• Provide recommendations on effectiveness, financing, climate/DRR integration, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with DepED and UNICEF and relevant partners.
• Prepare a final report and present findings to stakeholders.
