Mgr Sr Talent Mgmt (PHL)

This role will lead the overall Talent Management and Organization Development functions. This leader will have a team of people working on the above agenda driving the strategic priorities of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build the overall talent strategy & framework for organizations across diverse businesses and functions.
• Work on multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization.
• Lead succession management process and operationalize it through rigor in cadence with senior leadership.
• Design and deploy OD initiatives from time to time.
• Program manage large scale talent initiatives, effectively manage change, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Drive large scale OD solutions including design and delivery of I&D strategy for the organization in partnership with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR/Psychology.
• 15+ years of experience handling associate issues, investigation and resolution, and driving organization development initiatives.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven leadership capability in a highly matrixed international environment.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English.
• Project management and execution skills.
• High ethical standards and a role model leader.
