• Ability to plan and organize the team’s workload to meet deadlines, considering relative priorities.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily workload pertaining to creation, amendment and termination of portfolios including brokers they traded, in accordance to volume, risk and deadlines.
• Confirm that portfolios are correctly linked to clients, products, currencies, markets and processing rules.
• Investigate data and settlement processing failures or exception.
• Review the quality of completed work.
• Handle escalations and performance issues.
• Monitor service-level performance and backlogs.
• Review the quality of completed work.
• Ensure cross-training and business continuity.
• Review existing procedures and identify control weaknesses including reducing the manual work and avoidable errors.
• Improve workflow and approval processes.
• Support client onboarding, system testing, upgrades and implementations.
