HSBC Holdings plc in the Philippines seeks an experienced professional to join our IWPB Operations as Manager – Securities Corporate Action. You will lead a team, ensure accurate processing, and balance workload across onshore locations.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of corporate action experience, solid knowledge of investment products, proficiency in MS Office, and SWIFT familiarity. Strong communication, risk awareness, and the ability to drive automation are essential.

MANAGER – SECURITIES CORPORATE ACTION - IWPB Operations

In this role, you will:

• Guarantee efficient processing of operations as well as an efficient allocation of workload among team members.
• Communicate to employees all required information to allow each function within the team to work efficiently.
• Ensure all rules and procedures are strictly applied by each team member.
• Provide required training to each employee and ensure people are well motivated to perform their day-to-day tasks and progress within the organization. Establish trustful relationship based on honest and open two ways communication.
• Maintain a working environment adapted to employees’ needs, ensuring a safe and functional environment in compliance with corporate rules
• Leading a team servicing multiple Onshore locations
• Ensuring policies & procedures are followed and managing risk within the process
• Driving change initiates to ensure the process is as automated as possible

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in handling Corporate Action across products.
• Sound knowledge of Investment Products and related concepts
• Knowledge of the banking industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• PC skills preferable with SWIFT experience
• Analytical and Accounting Skills.
• Good judgment, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, team player and client oriented.
• Exhibits commitment and resilience, especially when facing stressful situation
• Fast learner: ability to quickly adapt to multiple tasks and evolving working situations
• Able to create relationships and channels of communication with key interfaces and stakeholders

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
