Job summary

CHISON Medical in Mexico seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive market development and build distribution channels for ultrasound imaging equipment in Latin America’s growing market.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead discovery, product demonstrations and Q&A to price negotiation, contract signing and order follow-up, while training channel partners and collaborating with marketing, clinical, product and after-sales teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Biomedical Engineering, Spanish, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of international sales experience in the Mexican medical device market; LATAM experience is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with Mexican medical device market dynamics, regulations and hospital procurement processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Mexican market from ground zero and build distribution channels (dealers, hospitals, government projects).
• Engage end-users with professional product consultation and customized solutions to drive sales.
• Manage full-cycle sales from clinical demand discovery, demos, Q&A to price negotiation and contract signing.
• Train and support overseas dealers; collaborate with marketing, clinical, product and after-sales teams.
