Luxasia is seeking a Visual Merchandising Partner to lead regional VM planning and execution for luxury beauty brands across stores. You will collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Training to ensure brand consistency and effective campaigns.

The role involves design development, coordination with suppliers, and maintaining VM assets and store visuals. A strong background in VM and design tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic VM planning and execution for regional brands across stores.
• Store design, development and coordination with local suppliers for POS materials.
• Brand and store maintenance, audits and visuals checks across shops.
