Job summary

NBCUniversal in Mexico is seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide leadership across its Mexico offices (Coyoacan, Reforma, Remsen). The role partners with senior leaders to run day-to-day HR processes and deliver the people agenda in line with business priorities.

You will drive HR operations, talent acquisition collaboration, and organizational change, while coaching the management team and ensuring compliance with local practices and global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years professional HR generalist experience in a highly matrixed environment with Mexico focus.
• Experience leading the full HR lifecycle implementations and aligning local practices with global standards.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for Mexico offices and align with global HR priorities.
• Provide operational HR support ensuring seamless processes for employees.
• Coach management on business priorities and people leadership.
• Identify, attract, and retain world-class talent with Talent Acquisition collaboration.
• Lead HR functions including employee relations, compensation, experience, engagement, and organizational change.
• Manage HR staff of five.
