Murphy AI is expanding into Mexico as its first market, building a local team to grow partnerships with banks and lenders. You will lead market development, drive negotiations, and shape the commercial strategy for a scalable AI debt-collection platform.

• Non-technical founder or sales leader with ability to start from nothing.
• Experience selling complex products to banks or in regulated sectors.
• Based in Mexico, native Spanish speaker, understands local business practices.

Responsibilities

• Open the market: find banks, lenders, and collection agencies; build the pipeline.
• Own mid-market and scale GTM motions; contribute to scalable playbook.
• Lead discovery, negotiate commercial terms, close deals with customers.
• Own the customer relationship; expand into new products and stages and upsell.
