Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AML/Compliance Operations with 3+ years in a management role.
• Deep understanding of transaction monitoring workflows and sanctions/screening.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams.

• Ensure execution of Transaction Monitoring and Screening processes with operational metrics.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for the Mexico Compliance Operations team.
• Maintain communication with global teams for operational health.
