Job summary

Hebe Beauty Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Meta CPAS campaigns for Shopee and Lazada, including prospecting, retargeting, and traffic campaigns. You will link Meta ad accounts, business managers, and partner platforms to ensure seamless data flow.

You will monitor campaigns daily, adjust targeting, creatives, bids, and placements to hit KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and schedule promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce media buying, specifically Meta CPAS campaigns.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Set up Meta CPAS Ads for Shopee and Lazada, including prospecting, retargeting, and traffic campaigns.
• Ensure accurate linking between Meta ad accounts, business managers, and partner platforms.
• Follow campaign structure guidelines and platform best practices per campaign type (Mega campaigns, monthly double days, etc.).
• Monitor ad performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, bids, or placements to achieve KPIs.
• Track campaign results through Meta Ads Manager and Shopee/Lazada Ads dashboards.
• Implement campaign plans, budget phasing, and promotional schedules as outlined by the Performance Marketing Manager.
