Job summary

Magic Law Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in Meta Ads management to support the expansion of our referral program. This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

The candidate will plan, build, launch, and manage campaigns, develop ad copy and creatives, monitor performance, conduct A/B tests, allocate budgets, and deliver insights to optimize ROI while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta ads management experience.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Strong audience targeting, lookalike, and retargeting strategy skills.
• Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness.
• Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently.
